Return and Refund Policy

King Arthur Photography is committed to all customers/clients in proving a  hassle free policy on returns  and refunds. They are as follows:

• The customer/client have up to 5 bussiness days(excluding major holidays) to request a refund, or make a return of a product(s)
• Give a reason for the refund request or return (e.g. damaged, wrong product, etc.)
• Three way to initiate the refund and return process: by phone, email, and website 
• It can take up to three or five business days to see the funds return to your account, and three to five business days on return item(s) or replace product(s)
