• The customer/client has up to 5 business days (excluding major holidays) to request a refund, or make a return of a product or service

• Give a legitimate reason for the refund request and or return (e.g. damaged product, wrong item, missing, incomplete service, etc.)

• Three ways to initiate the refund and return process, by phone, text, or email.

• After processing, it can take up to three to five business days to see the funds returned to your account.
